Job Description

 - Provide professional consultation and assistance to our clients and business partners about our products, Claim Procedures and Renewals via phone calls, emails and direct meetings.
- Manage Hotline (24/7) with team members during non working hours.
- Work with Client, Claim Department, Accounthandler, Treating Hospital and related party(s) to complete all Pending Claim.
- Ensure appropriate decisions, measure the effectiveness of the decision to improve internal & external customer satisfaction.
- Identify problems, issues and flaws within our work field for improvement and
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification towards the system and process for efficiency improvement / internal control enhancement
- Bring new ideas, skills and experience to improve the quality of our processes
- Extra tasks to be assigned by your Head of Department.

 

Job Requirement

- Must have a good medical background
- Must be at least a university student or graduate
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in relevant field
- Must be proficient in Khmer and English language
(speaking, writing and reading)
- Must have at least basic Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
- Must be an individual who is willing to learn and enthusiastic in Customer Services
- Must be an individual who is a team player and able to work independently as well
