Job Description

Management:

• Must resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays
• Communicate with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce
• To follow / supervise schedule
• Participate in and provide advice to clients/technical teams
• Manage and ensure accountability for site staff

• Administration:

• Work collaboratively with HR/Admin, Accounting & Finance, Procurement, BDD, Site Team
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to coordinate design review

Job Requirement

• At least bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s degree of project management or construction management

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience, including 5 year in a supervisory capacity in construction project.

• Must have strong experience with computerized system and up-to-date technology

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

• Good sound of verbal and written in English and Khmer

• Being able to work in team, hard-working, Planning and coordination, Effective quality checking and initiative skill

• Excellent time management to finish the work scheduled on time

• Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic

• Strong interpersonal, communication, supervisory, Negotiation (mastered the art of persuasion), leadership, problem solving
