Job Description

• Act as a Liaison between Commercial and IT teams;
• Lead efforts and coordinate with cross-functional project stakeholders to develop project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables from requirements, analysis, project estimates and budgeting, through delivery
• Ascertain the project risks and put measures in place to mitigate the risks
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and availability of proper project documentation (end-user, technical and support documentation)
• Partner with business areas and the technical teams on initiatives to align project outcomes with strategic priorities and direction
• Responsible for management and delivery of digital projects to ensure timeliness and high quality customer experience
• Responsible for coordination of final delivery of digital applications or functionality, including user acceptance testing and final sign-off
• Meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment by multi-tasking efficiently and coordinating dependencies with other groups
• Actively monitor, track and manage project tasks, timelines, attainment of established milestones and overall quality of project activities and deliverables
• Make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders by demonstrating understanding of both business and IT components
• Establish and provide high-quality, informative written and verbal project communications, including Product Description Documents, dashboards and project updates
• Negotiate different viewpoints between stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, working toward solutions that are in the best interest of Cellcard

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years proven working experience in project management, preferably in a telco environment
• Digital Literacy (collaboration, efficiency and other digital tools)
• Advanced level in using MS Office tools
• PMI or PMP certification or similar
• Deep experience in multiple software development lifecycles, including waterfall and agile
• A leader and influencer of teams
• Can do attitude and interest in driving continuous improvement
• Experience championing change across various levels of organizations (Managing Up)
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• High energy and enthusiasm and ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment
