Job Description
- Liaison with customers, design consultants &/or project managers
- Project scheduling, quality control & sub-contractors / suppliers management
- Project budgeting & cost control
- Understanding building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
- Site management and attend / conduct site meetings
- Routine Management reporting & updates
Job Requirement
- A recognized Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience in design conceptualisation for Commercial Interior Projects
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings & construction practices
- Good knowledge & understanding of project, material & cost management
- Strong leadership and excellent presentation skills
