Job Description

 - Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Support budgeting and book-keeping procedures
- Manages petty cash transactions and make book keeping record
- Issue invoices to customers
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
- Maintains customer confidence and protects by keeping financial information confidential
- Liaise with NSSF in updating staff name list, document and claim procedure
- Maintain information on company notice board
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Ability to perform office work
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Ability to work in team
- Save company’s resource
- Perform other tasks as company requires

Job Requirement

 Education and Experience
- General education degree: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Familiarity with office management procedure and basic accounting principles
- Possesses problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good analytically mind and numerical sense, proactive and deadline driven
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail etc…)

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Fluency in spoken, reading and written English and Khmer is preferable
- Honesty and good attitude
- Many Traveling in Phnom Penh
