Job Description

 • Develop and maintain warranty procedures, maintains database, and tracks warranty claim progress.
• Processes warranty claims, in a timely basis.
• Controls and obtains warranty repairs from branches and trains branch personnel on how to manage the warranty.
• Reconciles credit statements as received from the manufacturer and transfer them into accounting.
• Investigates unsettled claims and follows up on payment of outstanding claims with the manufacturer.
• Re-submits all returned and rejected claims promptly. 
• Records and controls the systems for warranty part returns and inspections.
a. Arranges for parts to be shipped to the manufacturer, or to be scrapped.
b. Tracks warranty parts by tagging them with the work order number, date of replacement or date of disposal.
• Initiates execution of campaigns, follows up the progress and reports them to the product support manager.
• Processes and maintains all warranty documents related with warranty claims as required by the manufacturer.
• Informed related staffs about all product updates/campaigns. 
• Make sure machine files are completed with Arrival inspection, PDI, Delivery inspection, Stock Maintenance and Mandatory service files.
• Follow up warranty parts outstanding order to part department.
• Coordinates with Service Department technicians for good quality service report including necessary pictures. 
• Receives the warranty claim report (PFR) from Product Specialist and rechecks them before claim submitting.
• Receives and transfers warranty replacement part to Part Department.
• Maintain warranty failure part properly.
