Job Description

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative team and support the business with responses to ad-hoc and recurring requests
  • Analyses trends, reviews statistics and opportunities to make cost spending smart and proper base on procurement policy and bank strategy
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of your team outputs within agreed time frames and SLA. This includes:
    • Monitor inventory of office supplies
    • Admin Inventories delivery
    • Quench Book issuance
    • Static Data change
    • Pin Printing
    • Prepare payment to suppliers on time by daily, monthly or yearly basis.
    • Tax payment and preparation (Signboard tax, Road tax, NBC License,          Patent Tax and etc…).
    • Stock Management and reconciliation (Stationery, Amenity, Chq Book, Toner, and etc…)
    • Manage supplier’s performance base on service providing, Pricing, and qualification.
    • Seek and compare quotation from supplier whenever we do purchase to make it follow the procurement policy
    • Manage and settle customer complaint with agreed time frame
  • Supervising teams including Administration Team, Messenger Team, Fleet and overseeing cars maintenance
  • Team development plan and coaching
  • Overseeing the projects and tracking progress towards company goals
  • Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of administrative functions in an operational environment e.g. budgets, personnel administration
  • Tracking and Reconciliation skill
  • Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
  • Timeliness, accuracy with the ability to prioritize work
  • Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Negotiation and internal relationship building
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
