Job Description
| 1. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and on boarding of Team Members. 2. Assist and supervise training and development of Team Members. 3. Communicate, train, and educate Team Members and Managers on all changes or new procedures, processes, products, promotions, or equipment introduced to the restaurant. 4. Maintain and build sales. 5. Conducting and managing inventory. 6. Placing food orders and processing invoices. 7. Track and manage labour and food costs to meet restaurant goals. 8. Assist in preparation of work schedules for Team Members. 9. Manage daily operations of opening, closing and mid shifts. 10. Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and request service or repair for issues. 11. Directly responsible for maintaining food safety, personal safety, and sanitation standards for the restaurant according to health department regulations and company standards. 12. Comply with and maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards for all Team Members. 13. Other projects/duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager. |
Job Requirement
- At least Bachelor Degree and any related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in international companies with evidence tracked record of achievements.
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Strong in driving results and people management and development
