Job Description
-Assist in the design of the recruitment process, including creating recruitment policies, forms, and templates, and developing recruitment methods and strategies. -Prepare job announcements of all vacancies and ensure all vacancies are filled. -Arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates and make selection matrices of the selected candidates. -Conduct orientation for new employees. -Attend recruitment activities and events. -Build a professional network with recruitment agencies and follow up on vacancy status with them. -Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and employee exit reports. -Verify and follow up on any relevant hiring documents. -Perform other duties as assigned. |
Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, business Administration, Education, or a related field. -At least 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment. -Knowledge of human resource management -Good business acumen -Intermediate to advanced English proficiency -Familiarity with various recruitment websites -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). -Strong negotiation and presentation skills -Ability to work well individually and as a team |
