Job Description
•Setting targets, performance plans and objective standards for sales representatives
•Coaching sales representatives and prospecting help or training sessions to help them improve sales performance
•Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly
•Recruit, select, onboard and train new sales reps from time to time
•Motivate and engage sales team through monetary and non-monetary motivational strategies
•Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
•Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans
•Determine sales targets, projecting annual and quarterly revenue
•Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers
•Prepare budget and approving expenditures
•Monitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends
