Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for mixed-use development projects.

• Set and monitor sales targets and team performance. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Market knowledge, research and analysis

• Conduct market research

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior.

• Develop strategic plans to meet with production position and targeted clients

3. Sales Operations & Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.

• Monitor pipeline, closing ratio, and conversion performance.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with booking and sales processes.

• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

• Handle VIP clients and high-value negotiations.

• Resolve customer complaints and sensitive issues professionally.

• Ensure excellent customer journey from inquiry to handover and after sales service.

5. Public Relations (PR)

• Maintain strong relationships with media, agents, brokers, and strategic partners.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.

• Ensure brand image and public communication align with company standard.

6. Cross Department Coordination

• Collaborate with Marketing for campaign planning and lead

generation.

• Contribute & support marketing campaigns, project launches, and

promotional events.

• Work closely with Project and Construction teams for updated

progress information.

• Coordinate with Finance regarding payment schedules and

collection follow-ups.

• Provide regular sales performance reports to top management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real

Estate, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in property sales, preferably in

mixed-use development.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate projects.

• Strong knowledge of property market dynamics and buyer

segmentation.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills (PR

capability).

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while consistently

meeting deadlines

• Fluent in English and Khmer (additional languages are an

advantage).
