Job Description

1.Community Strategy and Data Analysis

- Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality

-Ensure smooth daily store operations and adherence to company standards.

-Educate and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.

2. Sales Inventory Control

-Optimize sales and inventory control (Plan Proper Stock Policy, Controlling Order Clearance Slow Stock)

-Purchase Order

-Planning Stocktake and Improve the Result

3. Sales Floor and Sales Promotion

-Maintain admirable customer service standards across the store.

-Running and Set Up Store Sales Plan, Order, Display Setup

-Maintenance Planogram Improving Display Effect; VMD, VPD and CDT

4. Customer Service

-Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt, professional resolution.

-Sales and customer service

- 5. Store Admin Work, Training & Development Workshops

-Security / Disaster Preparation

-Other tasks assigned by Management.

•Working Hours:

•Flexible shift schedule: *4 shift

•(A: 8:00 – 5:00 pm/ B: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm)

•(C: 1:00pm – 10:00 pm/ D: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)

•Weekly days off: 1.5 days off per week or 6 days off per month

•Workplace: Inside Aeon Mall Sen Sok

Job Requirement

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in supermarkets, retail stores, or related industries. including at least 1 year in supervisor role.

-Can use English for business communication

-Skills & Abilities:

-Strong management and leadership skills

-Excellent scheduling and organizational skills

-Ability to raise issues and solve problems

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Can use Computer: (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

-Sales and customer service orientation

-Personality:

-Willing to work in a dynamic retail environment and study mind set

-Preferred: Experience at the big retail companies is greatly welcome.
