Job Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Vue Aston
Condominium as a leading condominium investment opportunity in Phnom Penh.
• Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, providing regular updates on
campaign performance, lead generation, and brand initiatives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team consisting of a Marketing Executive and
Graphic Designer.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to align marketing activities with sales objectives
and lead generation goals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with international marketing offices and external
partners.
• Manage and control the monthly marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation
of resources.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans, campaign strategies, and performance reports.
• Set and monitor monthly and quarterly KPI targets aligned with sales and branding
objectives.
• Plan, budget, and execute monthly sales and branding events designed to attract
investors and buyers.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue preparation, catering, audiovisual
setup, promotional materials, and external service providers.
• Develop creative event concepts that enhance brand visibility and investor
engagement.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years in a marketing leadership or managerial role.
• Strong experience in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation.
• Experience organizing marketing events, property launches, or investor campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and market trends.
• Fluent in English; Chinese or Khmer is an advantage.
