Job Description
A. Cultural Strategy & Vision
• Define and implement the cultural positioning
• Design immersive guest journeys that integrate Cambodian heritage with
contemporary luxury
• Develop signature experiences (art tours, Mekong sunset rituals, private cultural
showcases)
• Ensure all touchpoints reflect refined storytelling and brand philosophy
B. Department Leadership & Team Development
• Recruit, train, and mentor Lifestyle Curators and Concierge teams
• Establish service standards beyond scripted hospitality
• Develop SOPs focused on personalization, anticipation, and emotional intelligence
• Lead grooming, etiquette, and communication standards aligned with ultra-luxury
positioning
C. Guest Experience & Operations
• Oversee seamless dual-lobby operations (Arrival Hall & Experience Lounge)
• Ensure each guest has a single point of contact
• Curate bespoke itineraries for VIP and high-net-worth guests
• Integrate dining venues, art spaces, and performance centers into a unified curated
system
D. Commercial & Real Estate Integration
• Train the team in soft introduction techniques for luxury residences
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support experiential property tours
• Convert high-value guest experiences into long-term investment interest
• Host exclusive social salons and private events for residents and VIP guests
E. Brand Representation
• Act as the face of cultural sophistication for the property
• Engage confidently with local and international clientele
• Represent company in high-level networking events and partnerships
Job Requirement
A. Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years in ultra-luxury hospitality
• Director-level experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Butler Service, or Cultural
Programming
• Experience in Europe or Singapore preferred
• Pre-opening experience highly desirable
• Background in luxury hospitality brands preferred
B. Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Cultural Studies, Arts, History, or
related field
• Master’s degree is an advantage
