Job Description

Management Representation & Communication

•Act as the primary point of contact and representative for the Executive team, liaising with internal staff, clients, partners, and government bodies with the utmost professionalism.

•Manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company strategy, personnel, and financial matters.

•Prepare, proofread, and format confidential documents, presentations, and reports for Executive review.

Administrative & Operational Support

•Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and appointments across multiple time zones.

•Arrange detailed domestic and international travel logistics, including flight, accommodation, and ground transportation for the executive team.

•Oversee general office administration, ensuring efficient workflow and management of supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.

Translation & On-site Support

•Provide real-time verbal interpretation (simultaneous and consecutive) and written translation of technical and business documents between Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

•Accompany top management on frequent provincial site visits to construction projects or real estate holdings, providing on-the-ground administrative support, documentation, and translation.

•Document meeting minutes and action items, particularly during bilingual internal and external sessions.

Job Requirement

•Gender: Male candidate preferred to align with the specific requirements of the executive team and frequent site visit environments.

•Language Fluency: Must be professionally fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
