Job Description
• To oversee the quality of Operations in the property management portfolio. • Oversee projects in various stages; Operations, Setting Up, Consultancy & Review & Recommendations. PM provides services to under construction and operational real estate assets in Phnom Penh. • To define SoPs and processes for all the projects classified under best practices being followed in the region or as per CBRE Global standards. Ensure all projects are following PM contractual KPIs agreed and signed with our clients. • Report weekly or as required to the senior management on details of the department’s workload, Quality Control & Quality Assurance performance.
Job Requirement
. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Quality strongly preferred • Minimum 4-5 years experience in a supervisory role as an HSE Manager/Quality Manager or Engineering Manager • Understanding and experience of delivering professional real estate services to clients including property management, consulting, research and general advice. b. Experience • Emerging markets experience ideal • Understanding of Cambodian Real Estate, the local market, and geographical and economic context important • Able to demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality results and team leadership skills and ability to foster and promote a positive work environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
