Job Description

SUMMARY I. Acting as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls with clients, suppliers, and colleagues II. Take responsibility for meeting targets and undertaking work in an accountable manner and to a high degree of competency III. Seek out and pitch for new business, negotiate the commercial terms of the agreement, and complete the necessary paperwork to ensure efficient and appropriate administration of the project. IV. Maintain project and files, and records organized and available as necessary V. Preparing internal reports, presentations, and correspondence for the PM Consulting business line. VI. Managing your diary and organizing yourself for meetings and appointments VII. With HR maintain PM Consulting team file, appraisals, Holiday, reviews, monthly and annual reports VIII. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the Property Management Consulting Team IX. Ensure all contacts and business leads are registered and the database kept up to date X. Support and coordinate marketing and networking events such as networking events, seminars, and project-related events XI. Organize and oversee the work scheduling, coordination of client workshops and meetings for consultancy projects XVII. Take charge of producing documents such as presentations and reports for consultancy projects XIII. Perform other duties as assigned/needed such as ad hoc projects

Job Requirement

 Male or female, minimum 25 years old  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field  Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Property Management, ideally in consulting  Experience in all facets of property management and report writing  Strong business development skills – the ability to pitch and write pitch documents critical  Good English communication both verbal and written  Mandarin desirable  Good Microsoft skills (Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
