Job Description
Job Description In conjunction with the Head of Valuation, Research & Consulting and in alignment with our Leadership, assume responsibility for the framework, structure, delivery, and management of the reports within the division, ensuring alignment with our Business Plan and Business TAT (Turn Around Time) requirements. This will include personally completing report drafting and reviews as directed. Reviews all work output aspects of client contracts and manages and solutions escalated queries end-to-end; develops and maintains relationships with major banks and other clients. Communicates the benefits of QRM by participating in tender responses and preparing marketing materials and pitches to drive business development initiatives. Improves CBRE’s position during contractual negotiations by actively participating in strategic planning and meetings, with a particular focus on the capping of liability. Reviews audits and reports findings for high volume and key clients. Ensures follow-up actions are implemented and monitored, on time and with high quality. Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree and preferably RICS (or equivalent) qualified with minimum 5 years post qualification experience. Experienced in carrying out real estate valuations or consulting in jurisdictions in Asia/EMEA OR with specific Property Risk/Regulatory experience, preferably in the Asia/EMEA region. Good understanding of real estate valuations and applicable industry valuation standards. A highly motivated individual who works well both remotely and as part of a team. Superior organization skills and ability to work to strict deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
