Job Description
. Prepare job announcements for all positions required by the company. II. Design job descriptions and job requirement of all positions III. Screen CVs of candidates and contact potential candidates for testing IV. Shortlist candidates and contact them for interview V. Negotiate salary / Measure employee retention and turnover rates VI. Inform successful candidates on-board to related departments VII. Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate VIII. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination IX. Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields At least 02 years of experience in HR Recruitment Good organizational skills with attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills Good negotiation and internal & external relationship building Ability to communicate effectively & professionally Positive & pro-active attitude towards work Strong commitment and hardworking Good English and computer skills
