Job Description

Ensure the timely delivery of the factory’s financial and management reporting, with highest standards of quality

Ensuring the application of financial accounting processes, standard policies and procedures and reporting to comply with local Cambodian accounting standards;

Work with local tax consultants and take responsibility to ensure Tax compliance including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.;

Ensure that all financial data in the factory are promptly audited by external auditors, in compliance with local statutory audit requirements;

Understand and ensure that product costing process of materials, labor and overhead component of Work-in-process in the factory are in place for data integrity;

Co-ordinate and drive the completion of year-end stock count and periodic cycle counts;

Leading the controlling activities of the factory, ensuring that the financial controls framework is robust and minimize the risk of error or fraud;

Take leadership role in annual budget and regular forecasting process, by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing and consolidation;

Prepare monthly variance analysis and recommending action plans to help management achieve budget objectives;

Drive finance and other-related system change programs such as payroll, ERP, WMS, etc.;

Driving significant process improvements throughout finance;

Review the factory’s cash flow forecasts and & treasury requirements, including assisting management to control spending (of overheads, capital expenditure, etc.);

Take the lead in interacting with external organizations – lawyers, banks, auditors, Union and government organizations for any key matters of the factory arising from such organizations;

Execute monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, covering KPI analysis of production efficiency, cycle time reduction;

Plan, execute and manage ongoing internal self-audits at the factory on a regular basis, providing guidance to the team of auditors, aimed at performing independent appraisals of internal control adequacy and SOP compliance, for management assurance.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Salary Range:

from USD3800

Must have relevant experience of 3 - 5 years manging in same capacity and scope of work

Must have experiences in Manufacturing industry –Garment/Apparel

Able to speak Fluent English

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
