Job Description

- Support daily documents for export and import shipment
- Prepare Invoice and Packing list to logistic and ministry
- Support and Coordinate with shipper for booking and approval made.
- Support and Coordinate with shipping line / air line for booking process.
- Support and Coordinate with sale marketing to ensure shipment are proper arrange as customer require with rate approved.
- Assist to apply CO to GSP
- Other tasks follow and support to Manager

Job Requirement

- Can speak Chinese at least communication level
- Interested with Trading and shipping
- Strong and fast learning any requirement
- Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, power point)
- Able to work at PPSEZ
- Able to work Over Time as company requests
- Be flexible and problem solving skill.
- Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure.

Working Place: PPSEZ
Probation Period: 3 Months
Working Time: 7:30 AM – 4:30PM
Working Day: Monday to Saturday
Holiday: Sunday and National Holiday
