Job Description

-Provide training to customer services and relevant staff to deliver a high standard of customer services. 
- Provide up-to-date products & customer services knowledge of all representatives. 
- Keep Improve customer services’ procedures, policies and standards for our company. 
- Ensure effectiveness of the assign project implementation. 
- Ensure adequate technical information, tools and equipment for use in Branches properly. 
- Coordinate with internal and external team to enchantment overall customer experience. 
- Execute well showroom management to get ready to serve customers for 5s theory. 
- Analyze data and statistics for high quality report to management. 
- Perform other task assigned by management.

Job Requirement

- University degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields 
- At Least 5 years of experiences in customer services with Banking Sector 
- Be motivate, positive attitude, pro-active, teamwork oriented 
- English proficiency and Computer literacy 
- Strong supervisory skills and initiative in work for subordinate 
- Excellent teamwork and communication skill 
- Very target oriented with strong leadership skill
