Job Description
•Assists and participates in planning and updating the testing procedures on the SOX and business processes audits
•Assists in designing and reviewing internal control framework and risk assessment indicator by each business process
•Performs the audit missions such as Depots operation, CSSC, HQ cashier, SOX compliance review, Business process audit, and others
•Drafts audit reports for line manager review and participates in debriefing the internal audit report to heads of auditee
•Monitors and ensures the audit evidence and working papers of each completed audit mission are appropriate and sufficiently obtained and documented within acceptable quality
•Reviews specific products, services, system, or initiatives to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives, law and regulation, goals and whether the initiatives are being carried out as planned
•Prepares and monitors with heads of auditee on issued audit recommendations to ensure proper and timely implementation
•Manages and encourages team under supervision to achieve high performing result and meet with the objective of IA
•Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assign by management.
Job Requirement
•Degree in Accounting, CPA, CAT or ACCA qualification will be an advantage
•At least 3 years experienced in internal/external audit work
•Experienced in Telecom industry is a plus
•Understanding the risk management
•Good in planning/time management and communication skills
•English proficiency
•Computer literacy
•Flexible and can work independently under time pressure
