Job Description

  1. Coordinate with recruitment for the registration of newly hired employees.
  2. Prepare personnel file for new hires
  3. Check and update finger scan attendance daily
  4. Provide guidance on C&B to all employees
  5. Assist C&B team in managing the payroll system and HRIS; 
  6. Maintain confidential records and to prepare reports from records;
  7. Develop and maintain personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.
  8. Record staff movement (transfer, promotion, change role) and ensure sign off by manager of all relevant document
  9. Ensure employee personal information are updated in HR system as well as in hard copy file
  10. Ensure the employee benefits are updated from time to time in the HR system
  11. Prepare employee status report and share to HR team as required  
  12. Manage all kind of leave, attendance records and etc.
  13. Assist in recording all staff termination and resignation.
  14. Liaise with insurance agent and NSSF to process and follow up claim in case of staff’s accident when absence of Assistant Manager.
  15. Must be familiar with all the HR Policy and Procedures as well as Company internal rules and regulation.
  16. Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential Employee Personal files.
  17. Process Employee’s Labor Book, work permits and other labor law compliance.
  18. Perform other tasks as assigned by Admin and HR Manager.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor degree graduate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least two year working experience in Human Resource Management.
  3. Knowledgeable in Cambodian Labor Law.
  4. Proficiency with commonly use Ms. Office, power point, Ms. Word and Excel.
  5. Sound understanding of compensation and benefits.
  6. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  7. Good at communication skills.
