Job Description
• Set up daily plan and follow up to meet and finding customer.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Making quotation for customer.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Job Requirement
- Male or Female
- Graduated Sale & Marketing or in any related skill
- Good at English for communication
- Experience with sale real estate is priority
- Honest and Willing to work - Strong skill in MS. Office, Words, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
- Hardworking and High job responsibility
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible and good at team work
- Self-motivate and confident
