Job Description

1. Owner/Resident Relations: Providing a high level of customer service by demonstrating good customer service principles in line with the rules, regulations and policies of the project. Manage overall customer relations, customer complaints and services delivery. Follow up all issues with the owners of the property. Communicate effectively and regularly with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the services being provided. Ensure consistent and uniform delivery of services.
2. Financial Budgeting and Reporting: Manage budget process. Review operating statements and reports to ensure compliance. Develop and oversee cost control initiatives. Review and recommend major capital expenditure programs.
3. Houses handover management: Manage a contract administration team. Manage and follow up all the houses handover process to customers. Solve all problems related to the house handover process. Keep all related documents after the handover process finishes.
4. Customer Care Unit: Provide directives and guidance to Customer Care Unit staff. Involve in negotiations and resolution of issues/requests for house revision/modification with property owners or residents.
5. Operations management: Implement and oversee additional service programs such as maintenance and repair. Oversee service contract awarding and effectiveness. Oversee all life, security, fire, safety and health initiatives for owners / residents in Orkidé Villa projects.
6. Staffing. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and performance of staff under the department.
7. Leadership: This position requires excellent leadership skills who can help take our management team to a higher level.
8. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by Property Director or Chief Operation Officer (COO).

Job Requirement

Education/ Experience
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in related field. Advanced degree and/or industry certifications and designations are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience in a commercial real estate management company.
- Must have a good working knowledge of commercial building mechanical and building systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and can manage workload efficiently. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

- Ability to communicate fluently in oral and written English. Knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
- Be detailed, precise, serious and careful - Initiative, commitment, honesty, flexibility, independent and adaptability
