Job Description

- Manage CEO's calendar
- Schedule internal and external meetings and follow-up tasks of CEO
- Responsible in controlling Finance & Audit operations in the whole business operations.
- Assist on administrative duties that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings
- Follow up on action points assigned by CEO to staff and report on the progress
- Ensure flow of necessary information in timely and accurate manner
- Take notes and prepare meeting minutes, agendas and meeting outcomes
- Ensure highest level of confidentiality in terms of CEO’s and Company correspondence with Internal and external clients, vendors and other key stakeholders of the company
- Facilitate preparation and analysis of various reports
- Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement

* Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Age 20~35
- Female
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field equivalent 
- At least 3 years experiences in Financial and Audit or personal secretarial or administration task At least 2 years’ proven work experiences as HR & Administrator 
- Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- secretarial or administration task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Be creative, proactive and result-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skill
- Excellent in English and Khmer
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and multi jobs
- Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule
- Honest, working hard, and quick learner
