Job Description
| • Provide excellent customer service to school and retail customers • Assist customers by answering questions about our services and products • Replenish stock levels and make orders whenever necessary • Greet and handle walk-in customers and/or receive inbound phone inquiries • Ensure that customer inquiries or concerns are properly handled and recorded • Research required information using available resources • Report to the Store Supervisor and assist with other general tasks |
