Job Description

	• Ensure that EZECOM Systems and associated Infrastructure is properly monitored, well maintained, secured and is trouble free. • Ensure that EZECOM overall systems are properly backed-up and restoration works perfectly in case of system failure. • Take initiative for new system implementation to support operational need and business strategic plan. • Organize the purchase of new equipment as required. • Organize and monitor sub-contractors as required. • Provide/create/approve a set of testing procedures for new system before moving on into production. • Create/approve documentation, such as user manual, technical documents or other as required. • Ensure Policies, Procedures and Processes are created as required. • Assist with the backend support for IT Support unit. • Provide effective leadership to subordinates. • Organize and monitor the IT Infrastructure team to ensure high quality output. • Track IT Infrastructure team performance and take actions as required. • Assist with the diagnosis and resolution of problems. • Ensure IT Infrastructure keep records of work performed. • Monitor external EZECOM's service providers and contractors for effectiveness and professionalism. • Propose action plans and modifications to policy to management to improve the IT framework in the workplace. • Provide high level of analysis and ensure that the department delivers a quality solution. • Manage different projects as required. Propose cost effective solutions for each project implementation with high quality

Job Requirement

	• Prior work experience in the IT and or ISP and Communications fields is mandatory. • At least Bachelor's degree of TT or related computer science. • At least one-year previous experience in a managerial and leadership role in the field of ICT is mandatory. • Good knowledge and experience of virtualization technologies and software-defined data center. • Good knowledge of IT processes and framework such as ITIL. • Good knowledge of IT security. • Good knowledge of Cloud technologies. • Able to work closely with all Staff including Managers and Senior Managers. • Experience with projects, project planning and management is mandatory
