Job Description
| - Manage IT and computer systems - Manage IT staff - Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations - Develop and maintain location networks - Ensure security and privacy of network and computer system - Update all systems in a computer when has required from any departments - Control and monitor network and all supplier training soft - Update text and photos on the website and Facebook page of Thans Bros at any time new event - Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures - Maintenance server and check it to be smoothly process - Coordinate for serving to all company's ceremony celebration such as seminar, meeting, annually party or each event - Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems - Control the whole network equipment - Control the user access of internet and applications - Control the server and backup & restore - Prepare the schedule maintenance - Purchase the printer ink, network equipment and others that related to IT - Report daily working to manager (head of humane resource) - Perform other duty that needs to be required by HR & Admin manager - Assist other tasks assigned by manager - Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems - Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications - Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors - Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications - Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken, or installation activities - Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software |
Job Requirement
| - Bachelor degree in information technology or other related field - Able to communicate in English - At least one year of experience in IT field - Able to work as part of a team - Honest, reliable, flexible, and good attitude - Able to work under pressure |
