Job Description
| - Ensure all suppliers comply with food safety program. - Overview and ensure the product and operation process comply with quality management system. - Verify and review document including monitor operation standard related to SOP/ GMP/ HACCP. - To be representative when customer and government officer visit/audit. - Set up and implement internal audit following annual plan. - Food safety standard in-house trainer. |
Job Requirement
| - Bachelor Degree, Master Degree or Doctorate Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, and all related fields. - working experience in food industry, food service is a plus. - Good knowledge of food safety standard ex GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and BRC. - Good interpersonal, communication, creative, independent and detail-oriented skills. - Able to communicate in English, both in speaking and writing. |
