Job Description
| - Prepare and Review QC SOP, specification and relevant documents (e.g. record form, list and schedule) to ensure current GMP standard is achieved in the new manufacturing plant. - Assist in sourcing laboratory instrument/equipment. - Provide support for developing, preparing, reviewing, implementation of protocols that include qualification of QC equipment and method validation. - Assist in execution of the validation and QC equipment qualification. - Review and evaluate the test data of qualification performed by third parties. - Prepare and review validation/qualification reports. - Liaise with QC, overseas consultants and other parties regarding QC activities and documentation. - Participate in on-site audit and training. - Prepare documentation for GMP accreditation. |
Job Requirement
| - Bachelor degree in chemical / mechanical engineering or pharmaceutical, chemical science or biological related science disciplines. - Minimum 3 years’ working experience in QC of pharmaceutical or food or drink manufacturing industries. - Familiar with laboratory analytical instruments, e.g. HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, etc. - Knowledge in ISO requirements. - Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in English, understanding of Chinese is an advantage. - Strong documentation skill. |
