Job Description

	• Familiarize the PM protocols and assist the full implementation. • Full understanding all contractual and commercial matters including construction specifications and contractual obligations. • Proficiency on taking measurement to all trades – Structural /Arch/MEP. • Facilitate the project team’s requirements to all construction phases – Pre/During and Post. • Prepare a full report including recommendations where necessary the progress of all contractual and commercial matters including the construction budget and to ensure accuracy implementation; update the Management of the progress including any issues and challenges on site. Liaise closely with the PM/Consultants and Finance department on the monitoring and reporting of the construction budget. • Facilitate the efficient workload distribution to all subordinates. • Full support on promoting and maintaining the harmonious working environment within the department and other departments. • Regular update on the market price on various trades and apply to company cost library. • Full assistance on documentations/recording and other related matters with staff required by project manager.

Job Requirement

	• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structure Engineering or Architecture. • Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in similar position. • Project management knowledge skill • Quantity Surveying and Technical skill • Communication skill • Good working attitude • Good leadership and motivational skill • All related contracts knowledge skill • Analysis skill
