Job Description

	- Develops, implements and reports on quality metrics in process and final customer acceptance for entire company and product lines. - Designed and implemented NCR reporting, trending analysis reports to upper management and completion of all corrective actions as needed. - Designed, created and implemented initial standard work instruction driving product standardization. - Utilizes six sigma methodologies to solve a range of design and manufacturing problems and improvements, such as root cause analysis, statistical analysis, process flow mapping, and PPAP. - Designed and implemented multiple quality initiatives, such as in process inspections, standardized traveler, quality reporting process and PPMO measurements. - Authored multiple customer facing presentations, quality training presentations, and quality procedures. - Other tasks are assigned.

Job Requirement

	- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, QA/QC Engineering, or equivalent. - 5 years working experience in similar tasks. - Experience in develops, implements and reports on quality metrics for project management, architectural, engineering design consulting and/or construction. - Advanced knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes. - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. - Good sound of verbal and written in English and Khmer. - Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, problem solving skills. - Excellent on Computer (Microsoft Excel, Access and Word, Project, Outlook and internet). - Hard-working, honest, initiative, flexible, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded,work ethic and be able to work under pressure. - Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace
