Job Description
| - Conduct inspections (Pre-production, inline and final, whenever applicable) according to the customers’ requirement. - Prepare inspection report to report inspection findings. - Report up-to-date production status. - Review inline inspection report and provide comments - Follow through on quality issues via proper escalation process. - Review and ensure the materials required for inspection are intact inside the IBS file (QA folder). - Communicate with merchandising team on production and inspection issues which affect shipments. - Monitor Key program on site - Suggest and communicate with factory to resolve production and quality related issues on site. - Execute” Process Improvement Plan” on production and quality related issues - Monitor factories’ improvement on production and quality. - Conduct Technical Compliance Audit - Observe evidence of breaches of laws and regulations pertaining to COO, COC, Workplace Safety and local Labor Laws. |
Job Requirement
| - Diploma in Clothing, Textile, Fabric or related discipline preferred - Minimum 5 to 10 years solid experience in sweater manufacturing and quality control, preferably not only in agency but also in factor experience. - Able to work with minimum supervision. Hard working, able to work under pressure and responsive - Possess good decision making and initiative and experience to manage/give direction to the factory team - A good team player, ability to build good relationships with the team - Able to manage multiple tasks, able to meet deadlines, good time management - Open minded and willing to learn and engage with the department goals and directives - Good English communication skills as well as knowledge of computer literate in MS office. - Having experience in other product categories – cut & sew knit/woven, accessories hand bag is an advantage. |
