Job Description
| •Ensure the Agency Operations processes and governance are in place •Review compensation calculation & enhance compensation structure •Ensure Risk & Compliance in the Agency Operations •Handle appeals from Life Planners & customer complaints •Introduce and take lead in initiatives to enhance customer service & experiences •Oversee sourcing, inventory and property |
Job Requirement
| •Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred •At least 3-4 years of HR & Admin. Experience •Managerial experience will be an advantage •Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage •Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders •Good knowledge on MS Excel & Power point •People relationship and motivation skills |
