• Report to: General Manager

+ Requirement:
• Age: Open 
• Gender: Open
• English : C+ and above
• Education: Bachelor Degree and above 
• Experience : 2 years at Management Level
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS. Office & E-mail)
• Good timely manner and well organized person
• Have strong knowledge Cambodian labor law regulation
• Strong work commitment and hardworking
• High responsibilities and reliable person
• Good communication skills, strong motivation, good attitude
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability priorities plan effectively

+ Job Description
• Job announcement, recruiting, interviewing, and selection as per requested by respective function Contract Control, and update 
• Staff Payroll preparation
• Report- Maintain employees documents and filling
• Maintaining updating Internal Rule 
• Employee relation and staffs engagement
• Control staff attendance, sick leave and annual leave
• Prepare the staff contract and updating
• Keep records and staff information in safety

Job Requirement

 + Working Hour/day:
• Monday –Friday and Saturday: Morning (5.5days/ week)
• 8:00am – 5:30pm (8hours/day, Lunch break:1.5hours)
