Job Description
- Responsible HR System Management
- HR Policies Management.
Job Requirement
- Must be fluent in Chinese (English is an advantage); - Have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR Management and etc.; - Must have at least 3-year to 4-year experience in HR Management; - Good at computer skills like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - Good at communication skill and interpersonal skill; - Good at HR policy coordination and HR policy-making; - Good at staff training and mentoring; - Strong at Cambodian Labor Law; - Can work under pressure; - Patient, flexible, meticulous, resourceful and serious. - Working time: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM - Working day: Mon to Fri - Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday - Salary: $ 500 ~ $ 1000 |
