Job Description
1. Plan and implement HR policies; 2. Manage company's recruitment like announcing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing; 3. Prepare employment contract; 4. Provide training to staff; 5. Manage the registration form and resignation for staff; 6. Handle staff attendance; 7. Handle staff's performance evaluation; 8. Do overall HR Management tasks in connection with the Ministry of Labor; 9. Do other tasks as assigned. |
Job Requirement
1. Good common of spoken and written Chinese (English is a plus); 2. Have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Relation, HR Management or equivalent; 3. Have the ability to plan and implement HR Management tasks; 4. Strong at interpersonal communication skills and familiar with business negotiation skills 5. Must have at least 3-year more experience in HR Management tasks. |
