Job Description
HR & Admin HR Responsibilities • Monitor and Verify-in all HR Management Role ex. recruitment, payroll, training, benefit and time attendance • Implement strategic organizational change to increase services and employee satisfaction • Manage and Monitor company policies, rules and regulation for an employee to conform with. • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements; • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures; • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities of an organization; • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations; • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Admin Responsibilities • To take the responsibilities in setting up and maintaining office management and system such as basic infrastructure, layout or structural decoration, meeting room reservation system, etc. and ensure that all of facilities and service qualities are well managed. • To design and implement effectively office’s regulation, policies and standards. To measure the result against standards and make the necessary adjustment in office standards such as meeting rooms or utilities. • To develop and execute the strategic direction of GA. Division based on the company’s business plan. • To monitor the office’s property management. • To monitor the Division’s general expense, land tax & budget and control that all payment concerned to the office is paid on schedule. • To ensure that all insurance proceedings in Division’s responsibility are well established (in charge of vehicle insurance, property insurance, Public Land insurance, the asset’s all-risk insurance. • To monitor and take proper actions on the compliance matters to ensure that whistleblowing policies are effective and actual practices comply with company policies and prepare a report to Management. • To handle corporate risk control. • To control the company’s activities and events schedule to ensure that all is arranged and established on time. • To support other works assigned by superiors. |
Job Requirement
Qualifications and requirements • Male/Female, Aged 25 - 35 years old. • Minimum 5 years experience. • Bachelor degree in human resources or related fields • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, and identify the best people for the job; • Ability to be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do, to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and to bring others together and trying to reconcile differences. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must. • Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai language preferred • Able to work under hard pressure. • "Can-do" attitude; flexible and willing to learn about new practices, Company culture and execute the new initiative. |
