Job Description

	• Assist the HR Manager to coordinate and to execute on the overall of HR function • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating • Assist the manager to prepare Job Description (JD), Employment Contract & Manpower Request for all staff • Assist in implementing and maintaining of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all the applicable employment laws, statues and regulations • Conduct recruitment & selection of staff as per annual planning and new staff requisition to ensure timely appointment of quality candidates for all vacancies • Conducts orientation program to new employees regarding to policies, rule, and regulation • Prepare, coordinate and administer all training session, workshop and seminar with both in-house training and with training agencies • Conduct training and/or develop line trainers according to identified needs and provide training refreshment and follow up activity • Other task assign by HR Manager.

Job Requirement

	• Cambodian nationality • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance and Banking or equivalent • Minimum 2 years working experience HR, especially in banking industry • Good understanding of labor law • Confidential in all matter • Good team work and willing to work under pressure • Good planning, organizational and time management skills • Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) • English and Chinese language proficiency.
