Job Description

 • Provide effective and innovative training about products, service, company profile, and other issues related to business to sales force.
• Conduct the training need assessment and prepare the training plan;
• Plan and monitor annual training;
• Prepare the training materials such as registration sign up, slide presentation, lunch and snack, meeting room and so on. Including coordinate work with related departments both inside and outside the company.
• Arrange monthly training report;
• Follow up and report the training result;
• Collaborate with Head Dept. to deliver appropriate training solutions for operation team
• Develop training curriculum to improve the performance of the operation force.

• Prepare budget for training project and/or activity.
• Support any additional events or extra activities both inside and outside the organization.
• Report the result to the superordinate.
• Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement

 

- Bachelor degree in Management,or other related field;
- At least 2 years working experiences, experience training in MFI or banking is a plus.
- Good Teamwork, confidentiality, willing to share the knowledge;
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation, ability to listen, adaptability, availability;
- Very good at speaking and writing in English and Khmer language;
- Good at computer program (Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Power Point);
- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, integrity and willing to work as a team;
- Good management skills, and problem solving skills;
- Good intuition, analytical and understanding of people's qualities.
