Job Description
•Be actively involved the full process of recruitment •Anticipate to develop/ to update the job requirements and job descriptions for all positions in the company •Provide induction program to new employees •Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues •Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements •Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance •Control schedule and make proposal for all insurance policies of the company •Be responsible and facilitate the company events (annual trip, etc) •Be responsible for all employee’s records General Affairs •Office management and control •Anticipate to control and check-up regularly the office stationary and support the other function’s facility requirement •Other works related to the general affairs area Report Management •Prepare customised reports for managers as required Other tasks. |
Job Requirement
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant field •1 to 2 years working experience in related job tasks •Good time management •Analytical skill •Result oriented behavior •Honest •Friendly and cheerful person •Ability to work on multi-task with highly self-motivated •Great service mindset •Teamwork •Be able to communicate in English both writing & speaking. |
