Job Description

 •Coordinate with suppliers on travelling arrangement, such as ticket booking, visa application, accommodation reservation, supplies/equipment’s purchase and maintenance.
•Control and manage stationary inventory.
•Arrange and manage office furniture and equipment.
•Manage overall internal and external delivery services, including incoming and outgoing mail.
•Administer documentation and filing system in complying with company’s policy.
•Maintain and record of company assets and properties, such as company owned cars, rental vehicles, mobile phones etc.
•Handle monthly invoices, medical, lease, utilities, telephone bills and other expenses as required.
•Translate English to Khmer to English as required.
•Maintain and clean tidy order.
•Maintain and track employees and employees’ families’ medical expenses (office employees, and COCO employees)
•Arrange meeting and other functions as required.
•Maintain and track employees’ annual leave (office employees and COCO employees)
•Record employees’ attendances and any training (office employees, and COCO employees)
•Support to other business units as needed.
•IR matters, e.g., minutes taking, translation, business/government documents, translation of internal/external communications.
•Liaison with various government agencies in different locations, e.g. labor inspection, OT reports every 2 months, submission and maintenance of employee labor book and medical reports. 
•Immigration/expat matters, e.g., immigration quota, work permits, visas for expats and families (We do not have Global Mobility in Cambodia for destination services.)
•Purchase/maintenance office supplies/equipment/leased vehicles/mobile phones
•Invoice processing, tracking of medical expenses, etc.

Job Requirement

 •Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any other relevant.
•Fluency in English both writing and speaking.
•Good communication and negotiation with levels authorities/entities.
•Strong commitment and accountabilities.
•Strong organizational and leadership skills.
•Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.
•Background in systematic and compliance standard awareness is a plus.
•Computer literacy Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Email.
•Experience in human resources or administration is an advantage.
