Job Description

 • Develop recruitment plan to be in line with the plans of Operation Department and others implement accordingly
• Design and improve recruitment and selection tools, technique, or procedure
• Develop a recruitment strategy to be validated by the Head of Human Resources
• Facilitate a designing Job Description
• Implement all the processes of recruitment: screening CV, schedule arrangement, invite candidates, conduct writing test, interview, negotiates, offer letter, and sign contract to ensure that all vacancies requested are recruited on time and follow with HR plan and requested from concern departments.
• Provide close support to branches and to departments in their implementation of recruitment actions. This includes training and coaching.
• Regularly visit branches that have important recruitment needs to develop recruitment strategies at the local and provincial levels
• Meet with local and provincial partner institutions public and private that can be effective in referring potential applicants
• Follow-up recruitment actions to be carried out by department heads and other managers and provide support where there are gaps in implementation
• Conduct employment orientation and company introduction for new staff
• Develop recruitment pools to ensure sufficiency external & internal labors supply
• Manage and coach recruitment officer
• Report to Head of Human Resource on a monthly basic
• Assist Head of HR to develop any HR policies.
• Prepare employer branding plan in order to build company Branding and relationship with all external stakeholders both in Phnom Penh and Provinces: such as NEA, website, universities, magazines, and others for job posting and candidate pool seeking to make the job advertisement reach the job seeker.
• Control and implement the internship program, career forum, employer, and employer branding to ensure the effectiveness of these programs.

Job Requirement

 • Bachelor degree of Human Resources Management and/or related fields.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in HR management such as: recruitment and training
• Knowledgeable in HR management and good understanding of labor law
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, teamwork, and independent.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time;
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Be high integrity, accountability, and commitment, and strongly passion towards with the poor and social mission;
• Full driving license.
