Job Description

 - Work with Recruitment Team in order to source, screen and interview candidates and ensure on time recruitment /replacement of field force
- Facilitate interview process between candidates and CE Retail Operation /Retail Manager
- Collect relevant recruitment documents with approval from RMs and pass to Payroll & Compliance Team (CVs, Interview Form, and Reference Check)
- Conduct New staff orientation prior starting work at Shop
- Coordinate New Staff with Retail Executive for the Shop Owner
- Timely notify Retail Manager about field force’s probation due date and closely follow up to ensue probation evaluation is completed before the due date with sufficient supporting documents
- To ensure field force probation confirmation informed to Payroll & Compliance team on time
- Review and ensure all leave requests, OT, and Attendance forms are completed correctly according to the policy. Ensure all supporting document for payroll
processing submitted to Payroll & Compliance team on time
- Review and calculate Travel Allowances and ensure the reimbursement amount is followed Samsung’s policy
- Review staff claim documents and ensure the claim is aligned with Samsung’s Policy
- Field supervision, evaluation and co-ordination to ensure discipline, organized and effective field forces operation.
- Conduct exit interview with leavers
- Exercise appropriate control to keep: (i) the field forces turnover to minimum; and (ii) the leave of absence of field forces to minimum.
- Work closely with HRBP in order to produce effective recommendation for field forces deployment and retention.
- Build good relationship with Samsung’s management team and field force team to maximize corporation.
- Ensure field forces understand and briefed about their roles and responsibilities prior on boarding.
- Ensure field forces have appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude (KSA) to enable and facilitate the successful marketing of Samsung products.
- Coordinate field forces to attend Samsung training as required.
- Ensure field forces comply with ODI/Samsung’s procedures, policies and guidelines governing health and safety, confidentiality, codes of ethics, rules of conduct, conditions of work, access to and use of Samsung’s offices and facilities and any other policies and procedures applied to Samsung’s personnel and consultants.
- Ensure all field force are provided with working procedures or manuals and equipment in good condition as agreed/requested by Samsung
- Solving Field Force’s incentive complaint
- Work with HR Executive to produce field force report as required by CE Retail Operation/Retail Manager and ensure report submitted on time
- Work with Samsung HR and closely follow up to ensure field force claims and documents is endorsed and sign off on time
- Perform other tasks as required from time to time.

Job Requirement

 - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
- At least 2 years of HR experience in managing and coordinating project works
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and management skills
- Good Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Result-oriented and ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to travel to any provinces
