Job Description

 The role is primarily responsible for the overall management of the outsourced project.
The role will work as a business partner with client to ensure outsourced activities meet
quality standards and expectations and adheres to applicable Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Working Processes (WPs),
Policies, Guidelines, and Regulations.
- Develop and implement effective deployment plan of workforce including location mapping, resources allocation, key milestones, timeline, reporting structure, and
monitoring mechanisms
- Prepare budget plan of the project and report to Client Project Management Team and Head of Outsourcing
- Analyze and Monitor Project Costing
- Schedule regular meeting with Client to discuss and solve issues of the project
- Prepare kick-off plan for new additional headcounts including recruitment plan, budgeting, costing, and workshop
- Conduct regular field visit to fully understand in and out of the project
- Explore effective ways in managing the project and deliver more efficient results
- Develop and implement effective HR strategy for the project
- Integrates HR strategy to support the delivery of the project objectives
- Works with HR Operation Manager, Project Lead, Client’s Project Management and other relevant persons to ensure outsourced activities meet quality standards and
expectations and adheres to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Working Processes (WPs), Policies, Guidelines, and Regulations
- Ensures smooth and effective communication between Client and ODI throughout the life of the project
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with Project Leader, Client’s Project Management Team and
employees to improve working relationships, build staff morale, improve performance and increase retention
- Provide HR policy guidance to project team and ensure understanding and compliance
- Monitor and report on workforce movement and workforce planning
- Identify training needs for employees and ensure the right delivery of the training solutions for employees
- Build a sensible and proper career path for employees to progress and grow under Unilever Project
- Attend meetings and act as a representative of ODI
- Prepare necessary presentation for Client on behalf of ODI
- Lead and manage changes to ensure smooth organizational changes and transitions
which will better prepare the team to support the realization of Unilever business
goals
- Builds and maintain good relationships with various levels, including ODI Senior Management Team (SMT), line managers, Client’s Project Management, Project
Leader and employees including Sales Supervisors, Sales Promoters and other relevant persons to enable influencing and aligning everyone to the goals of the client’s business.

Job Requirement

 - Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field
- Thorough knowledge of Cambodia labor laws
- Good understanding of all aspect of HR and able to apply best practices
- Experience and sound knowledge of Talent, Rewards, Business Partnering and Change Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to engage and influence people across different levels
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to think critically and solve complex problems
Competent in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
