Job Description

 - Manage suppliers / factories’ supply chain compliance performance and day to day exceptions to meet the end to end supply chain requirements
- Assist with the resolution of operational issues on logistics with suppliers and forwarders
- Ensure high levels of operational and cost efficiency are being achieved
- Facilitate supply chain compliance new requirements implementation
- Coordinate transit and packaging trial projects between external and internal stakeholders
- Business visits to local factories and CFS warehouse and occasionally travels to SE Asia when required
- Deliver effective supplier training (face to face/ online) in Khmer and English
- Systems management and administration- diagnose and trouble shoot system issues reported by suppliers with IT, manage system process requirement timely and ensure correct system setup for suppliers.
- Manage service provider’s performance and ensure deference to SOP and meeting required service level
- Support the wider team to drive better supplier performance
- Work with freight managers and carriers for shipment arrangement when required
- Other roles and duties to be assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement

 - Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing supply chain required
- Vendor management and KPI management knowledge is required
- Logistics operations experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in Khmer and English
- Chinese speaking is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- High integrity and result oriented
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Attention to details, logical thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking and ability to set right priorities in day to day operations.
