Job Description
- To provide HR and Admin services for staff management; such as, Recruitment, manpower planning, on-duty schedule, employee relations, policies formulation & implementation. - Handling some Public Affair. - Monitoring the effectiveness of the staff performance, discipline and appearance, Employment agreement ; also the learning and development. - Monitoring and audit all the company vehicle Asset. - Analyze HR reports and work closely with other team - Continuously develop and revise human resources policy and other regulations on a timely basis to ensure they are reflecting to need and compliance with Cambodian Labor Law. - Develop the annual staff capacity building plan by ensuring that each staff has proper job descriptions, job expectations, internal and external training, job sharing, first time orientation, quarterly coaching, mapping staff competency. - Manage the HR filings both documents and web-database to ensure that those documents are filed and entries properly and privately. - Ensure the accuracy of the salary, compensation, staff’s benefits by reviewing payroll and relevant reports and they are paid promptly. - Ensure staffs are working in the safe and positive working environment where there is no discrimination, harassment, violation, office politics and dangers. - Become a first contact person for advise staff, managers, and executive committee for some concerns related to personal security, Cambodia Labor Law, labor relation. |
Job Requirement
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer applications. - Min (5) Years relevant work experience and at least three (2) years in a position of Assistant Administration - BBA in any of the following disciplines: - Public/Business Administration, Human Resource Management. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English Working Time - Working Day: Monday to Saturday (half) - Working Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Holiday: 15 days per year - Annual Leave: 18 days per year Benefit and allowances - Free Meal - Professional development through conference, Seminar, Workshop, etc - Progressive Salary increase based on experience and Performance - Annual Staffs Party - Other benefits |
