Job Description
| Job Summary: This role is to design and implement the recruitment overall recruitment strategy which aligns with the Company's direction. Key Responsibilities: •Design and implement the overall recruitment strategy •Work with Group Agency Distribution for implementation of Next Gen Agency's Quality Recruitment and Propel •Work closely with Agency Operations in designing attractive compensation •Lead the recruitment proposition and propel the recruitment growth for City Expansion •Source effective channels of generating recruitment pool •Prepare recruitment materials •Develop and impement recruitment governance •Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Management •Perform other tasks assigned by line manager |
Job Requirement
| •A Bachelor's Degree in related field •At least 4-6 of experience in the areas of recruitment •Knowledge of banking/life insurance industry would be an advantage •Strong in verbal and written communication and good command of English •Outstanding people skills and ability to work with difficult people •Excellent communication and interpersonal skill •Able to learn and adapt quickly in a challenging environment |
